| Online Bingo Site Goes into Administration |

According to EGR Magazine Amuso.com has entered into voluntary liquidation. The online bingo site which went live earlier this year with a single 90 ball and a single 75 ball bingo rooms. The site boasted the opportunity to play an online version of the Weakest Link trivia games, where players play interactively against each other for real cash prizes. The report claimed that Amuso has made the decision to cease trading following a number of technical and software issues that alienated players. In addition major backer decided to withdraw financial support. Initially significantly funds were invested into the development and marketing and the number of players signing up was encouraging with around 200,000 registered customers. The problems behind the scenes resulted in a frustrating experience which eroded repeat custom. Barak Rabinowitz, the CEO at Amuso commented: “profits didn’t ramp up as fast as we’d like to cover the overheads so we decided to wind up the company. We had a very healthy community, but we had some technical issues that really hampered the growth of the business and lead to it being wound up”, He added: “We had issues particularly around the payments, deposit and withdrawal process. You can have the best games but this is really a key point in the chain.” The online website will remain live until the end of the month. Members of the site are advised to withdraw any funds in their accounts at the earliest opportunity. Amuso is the flagship brand of Project Amuso Limited.
