| Bingo Games to Help Improve US Schools |

While the UK education system is set to suffer as a result of the cuts from the coalition Government, school in the United States are using bingo to boost their schools budget. Schools such as the Marian Central Catholic High School are running special bingo events raise money for capital investment in the educational facilities. The school which is based in Illinois is offering residents the chance to play bingo and compete for cash prizes while helping to support the costs of building a new chapel and science labs for the school. Locals are even encouraged to register and ‘book’ seats for the bingo sessions which are expected to be very popular. Other media reports suggest many other schools in the state are running similar events as well as the American Legion which has started hosting bingo sessions to raise funds.
