Independent Bingo operator Tim Deeming has spent almost 1/4 million pounds on his bingo club in Chapel End. The Grand Bingo club just outside Nuneaton has undergone a major refurbishment and brought the club right up to the 21st century offering the finest bingo surroundings in the area. After months of planning and the recent refurb, Mr Deeming splashed out on a huge party for his loyal bingo regulars to celebrate the club's completion. The proud owner operator is delighted at the look and feel of the new club and this is already been endorsed by his customers. Bingo in general has suffered a downturn in trade, but the Grand bingo club has shown remarkable resilience which has partly been helped by the closure of another bingo club in Nuneaton a few years ago. Last night's huge party was a rip roaring success and this goes to show that bingo is not on its way out. Bingo Supermarket has talked about some of the larger organisations struggling to maintain payments to the bank, however some of the smaller independents are showing signs of recovery and are beginning to lead the way in the bingo industry.
