A woman that lost her mother is marking what would have been her 50th birthday with a game of bingo to raise £4,000 for the St David’s Foundation. Joanne Powell of Garndiffaith, Wales is to hold the bingo games in loving memory of her mother, Deborah Reed, who battled with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. "My mother was well-liked and it will be nice to mark what would have been a special time for her," she added. The plans include a disco, a raffle and bingo games on 22nd January at Garndiffaith Millennium Hall. St. David's Foundation Hospice Care - St. David's provides hospice care to over 2000 people with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
