| New MD at Cashcade as Collins and Southon Concentrate on New Ventures |

The former operations director of Cashcade, Noel Rowse, has replaced Patrick Southon as the MD of Cashcade the company behind online bingo brands such as Foxy Bingo and Think Bingo. Cashcade is one of the biggest players in the online bingo market and was acquired by PartyGaming in July 2009. Rowse was part of the founding team at Cashcade 10 years ago and his wife Saira is reported as being the one that came up with Foxy Bingo name. Patrick Southon and Simon Collins are to start up an egaming venture capital fund with the backing of PartyGaming. A PartyGaming spokesman commented: “Simon and Patrick are working in association with us to establish a fund aimed at spotting new opportunities in digital entertainment, with relevance to our existing business verticals, of sports, bingo, casino and poker. Simon and Patrick are going back to their true entrepreneurial roots, to when they started Cashcade,” said the spokesman. It is not known when the new project will be established.
