We regularly get comments from bingo players that have won online that are struggling to withdraw their funds but the comments from Helen Blair regarding Dream bingo serve as a warning to bingo players everywhere. We looked up the terms and conditions in relation to withdrawal verification and struggled to find anything relevant to this case. As a warning to others regardless of whether you make a deposit and how many times you play through the money no winnings derived from free money can be withdrawn.

The Palace Group reserves the right to ask customers for verification documents upon deposits made via credit or debit card and / or prior to executing a withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to:
