A family, who are black and of African origin, were left alarmed and distressed following a racially motivated incident outside the local bingo.

The suspect is described as a white man, aged late 20s to early 30s, medium build, 6ft tall, clean shaven, blonde, wearing a grey tracksuit top and a white baseball cap.
