Future pupils in the Brighton and Hove area could find themselves being taught in a bingo club, church or football stadium. The local council is having to balance budget pressures while struggling to deal with the local population and pupil number rises. It has put together a list of potential buildings and sites in the area which it plans to investigate their potential suitability as classrooms.
