| Change of Directors at Ladbrokes |

Ladbrokes has announced the appointment of two non-executive directors to the plc board. Christine Hodgson the chairman of Capgemini UK and Richard Moross who is the founder and chief executive of Moo.com will join the Board on 1st May 2012. Hodgson has spent 15 years at Capgemini, a global technology consultancy firm. She started off asCFO and is currently the chairman of the UK board. Richard Moross is founder and chief executive of Moo.com. The business is ranked in the top 10 UK start up companies by the Guardian, having become a world leader in online printing. Moross is regarded as an expert on e-commerce. Pippa Wicks informed the board after eight years she did not want be re-elected and would retire at the conclusion of the company's AGM in April. Peter Erskine, Ladbrokes plc chairman, suggested the new directors have extensive experience in digital platforms and information technology and their complementary range of skills will be of significant benefit to Ladbrokes.
