Development Manager Dave Holt commented, " It was upsetting to see that the Gala Bingo Pitsea will be closing its doors and the local bingo community will be losing their much loved bingo hall. We are delighted to announce this trial route that will be run for the next four weeks." Bingo Players in the Pitsea region are devastated that the bingo club is to close its doors next week due to recent poor trading results. The impact of the smoking ban made it difficult to continue whilst the recent tax hike delivered its final blow. Gala Bingo said the closure was due to cost cutting measures to continue the business and grow in other areas of its estate.
