| Bingo Association Appoints new chairman |

Brian Mattingley has been appointed the new chairman of the Bingo Association. Mr Mattingley was a former financial director of Gala bingo during the stronger trading years and more recently involved in 888 holdings.
Brian Mattingley aquired a chain of bingo clubs this year from Riva Gaming and plans to lead their clubs into a new bingo era. The new appontment is hoped that Mr Mattingley will prove to be invaluable to an industry that has suffered the brunt of the smoking ban and recent tax hikes. Mecca Bingo is represented on the Bingo Association with the role as vice chairman.
