Beacon Bingo in Northampton are looking to stage a second Gay night after the first effort was hailed a success. The Meltdown night was staged after the regular bingo session on a Wednesday Evening and included loud music, drinks promotions and a drag act with regular bingo games also being played. Bingosupermarket spotted an advertisement on Youtube and dismissed it as an April fools prank, but our sources state that the night did go ahead and the Beacon Bingo in Northampton are planning a second event after over 170 customers turned out The next Meltdown will be staged Wednesday Evening 22 April 2009 at 10pm. It was reported that a new Mecca bingo club in Beeston is opening soon and are looking for alternative ways to attract the crowds. The club is stating it will be a full leisure venue to include bingo and will be the first of its kind, looks like some clubs may be taking the early initiative. |
