Woman suing Bingo Club for scar

The Premier Bingo club in Perth is defending a law suit from a woman who burnt her arm during a sesiion of bingo.

 

The woman attended the bingo club and got up during the interval to buy some food.  After browsing at the bain marie, she was looking to opt for a curry and did not realise the bain Marie was hot and leant on it with her arm.

After lifting up her arm, it left it scalding and was treated but has left scarring.  She has now appointed a solicitor and is said to be seeking damages of around £10,000.

KE entertainments, the owners of Premier Bingo are said to be defending against the claim according to The Scotsman.
