Bingo Gets Political

The Bingo Industry is ready to listen to the pre-budget report tomorrow whilst an expected announcement is made on bingo tax.

The Bingo Industry through the Bingo Association has been lobbying the government hard since the increase in tax made from 15 percent to 22 percent earlier this year.

An Early Day motion has been forward in the house to raise the issue once again in Parliament and this is already getting numerous signatures by MPs form all over the UK whilst getting cross party support, many of them Labour backbenchers.

Although it is hoped that something will be announced tomorrow, some are predicting that no mention will be made unless it is positive as the Government are delivering the report for political show boating ahead of the next general election.
