Pupils Play Bingo To Improve Maths

Pupils at a Redditch School went on a day trip to play bingo. St George’s First School made the decision as part of a program aimed at improving their numeracy skills.

The Children from the Ladybird Club visited Beoley Road Sheltered Accommodation to play a game of bingo with residents.The club meets on a weekly basis to help children with their maths through various activites.

The goal of the day trip was improve the children's number recognition while making the development fun for all through the chance to win various Easter prizes. A school spokesman commented that everyone involved had a wonderful afternoon.
