Stash of Weapons Found Behind Local Bingo Club |

Police have uncovered knives and metal bars believed to be used by local gangs. The 2 knives were found behind a Gala Bingo club in Hounslow near an area notorious for drug dealing.
Three metal poles were also found nearby hidden beneath bushes at the Treaty Centre, Grove Road. Officers believe weapons were hidden by local gang members, for easy access to arm themselves.
The searches part of Operation Blunt, were part of a London-wide initiative to tackle knife crime. |
