It seems that everywhere we look new technology is incorporating our favourite game. Social media, such as Facebook have bingo games, games consoles such as the Wii have their own versions of the game and now iPad is incorporating the game in a child version to fight boredom for long journeys. It seems the days are well truly gone that bingo was associated with the more mature persons. Reports suggest that the iPad is the perfect way to keep the children entertained during longer trips and avoid the “are we there yet” moaning and arguments resulting from boredom. A number of applications can be downloaded from the iTunes store that can be played on the iPhone, iPad Touch and the iPad which make it the perfect travel companion. The iPad, which you can win, is most suited towards kids because of its large, high-definition touch screen making it is so easy to play on. Online bingo site Bucky Bingo is giving away one of the iPad units in a free draw. All you have to do is stake just £20 and you could win the 16 GB iPad model. Four runners-up will also win £15 in cash credited to their account. And don’t forget the free bingo at Bucky is also worth trying out. You can play in the BBs Free Room with the chance to win up to £1000. Download the “Road-Trip-Bingo” onto the iPad, and with the two-bingo-boards mode two children can play head to head at the same time. The bingo boards are full of things you might see while driving including road signs and coloured cars. Kids tap the card’s image when they see it outside, and the first to get bingo wins. The iPad will allow you to surf the internet and watch movies at the swipe of finger – a super thin laptop without the need for a keyboard and mouse!!!
