One of the most famous moans in bingo is “it’s always the same old winners”. Well it certainly couldn’t be further from the truth in this case. A young lady has won £135,000 at the Gala Bingo club in Hereford and everyone else in the club is sharing half the £250,000 jackpot.

The lucky winner who has chosen to remain anonymous had spent the night out at the club with her Mother and Grandmother on Monday 23rd August. Having scooped the full house on the High 5 bingo game she was celebrating having won £10,000. What a nice surprise with Christmas just around the corner. Her night became even better as she was then told she had won the High 5 Jackpot of £125,000.

Her family and everyone else in the club also got to celebrate as well. The unique High 5 Jackpot game is actually worth £250,000. The winner gets half of the amount and every one else in the club shares the remaining half of the money. With only 77 other players in the club they each took £1,623.

After her win the winning young lady commented: “I am in complete shock. It was a fantastic surprise, I can’t wait to treat my family and buy myself a new car! It was only my third time at Gala Bingo Hereford and I can definitely say it won’t be my last – I love it”
