| Man Leaves Two Year Old Child in Car to Play Bingo |

A Chinese man was arrested in Dénia after leaving his two year old daughter in his car for more than an hour. The 35 year old was playing bingo during the Saturday afternoon session while his daughter was discovered in a poor state. Local media reported that the child had been found in an apparent state of hyperventilation and it was felt medical attention was needed. The SAMU ambulance attended the scene, and the infant made a full recovery and did not require any further treatment. The report states that Police had confirmed that they were searching for other members of the family to take care of the child. It is not known whether any action is being taken against the father.
