The two women and a man that were still at the club on Brookdale Place were tied up while the criminals made away with the undisclosed ‘large’ amount of cash. The offenders, which were all wearing dark clothing and balaclavas to cover their faces, left the site scene in a small van. Detective Constable Gavin Hastings of Chester CID commented: “This must have been a terrifying ordeal for the staff and they were understandably left extremely shaken. “Fortunately they were not injured but these men need to be caught and I would urge anyone with any information to call police.” Any persons that can help with the enquiry are urged to contact the police on 0845 4580000 and quoting the crime number 1082 of April 28th. |
