Jason Williams has been given the role of president and chief executive of Bingo.com, replacing Tarnie Williams who will continue as the chairman of the company. Jason Williams has been at the company for 10 years overseeing the company's operations in Europe for the past four years as vice president of business development. Since 2009 he has also been the marketing director. Tarnie Williams added that he was looking forward to working with Jason over the next few years and will continue to assist him in his role as Chairman of the company. Ebba Ljungerud, Head of Unibet's Maria Bingo brand, has been appointed to Bingo.com's board of directors. With the exception of Petter Nylander all other members of the board were re-appointed at the company’s annual general meeting. Following his appointment, Jason Williams said “Bingo.com has tremendous potential and I welcome the challenge of delivering positive financial returns to our investors and shareholders.”
