Until Tuesday Mecca are running the Pippa’s £10,000 Giveaway. For those that don’t know Pippa was the winner of the Voice of Mecca competition. Players have had the chance of hearing her voice since last Tuesday and she will become the default caller in the Club Bingo room from Wednesday 14th December.

To help celebrate the new caller the £10,000 promotion will run until 13th December in all 90 ball bingo rooms from 7am – 11pm every hour on the hour. Pippa’s Pukka £500 jackpots will also run in the Two Little Ducks and Dancing Queen bingo rooms throughout the evening.

Southend caller Pippa was surprised to be voted the 2011 Voice of Meccabingo.com: “I really didn’t expect it” said Pippa who also made the final of this year’s Mecca’s Got Talent contest. “I love performing and always have a great time when calling out the numbers in Club so it’s good to know that people beyond Southend will get to hear me doing a job I love.”

The voting to find the Voice of Mecca Bingo began with Customers who were invited to choose their favourite from videos posted on the Club Facebook pages. The top 10 were joined by five wildcards entries for smaller Clubs or those without a large Facebook fanbase.

It was then down to a panel of judges from Meccabingo.com to select the winner and 2 runners-up from the final 15. The judges said “It was a really tough judging process with lots of different opinions and so many talented callers. In the end it was a close call between our top 3.”
