An advert by the Irish online gambling giant, Paddy Power, has come under criticism from the Advertising Standards Agency, which has subsequently banned the company from using under 25 year olds in such adverts. The advert featured football legend Luiz Suarez with the strapline ""Money-back if Suarez scores. Liverpool v Man UTD. If Suarez scores we'll refund losing bets". The ASA upheld the complaint that the advert which featured Suarez, 24 at the time of the advert, was socially irresponsible and encouraged young people to gamble. Paddy Power are not allowed to show the advert in its current form and was ordered to refrain from using personalities under 25 years old.
