| Cashcade could face buyout |

Reports in the Daily Telegraph and The Times have reported that 888 holdings are looking to buy cashcade since Independent News and Media, the current owners are experiecing financial difficulties and lookiing to raise more funds to pay off debts.
Cashcade who operate the brands foxy, Think Bingo and more recently Cheeky Bingo reported a huge jump in profits last year and are already trading above expectations this year. 888 holdings already have an existing relationship with cashcade as their software providers for their bingo platforms. So far both groups have been unavailable for comment but it is widely expected that consolidation in the bingo market will emerge now that bingo games on the internet is now saturated. |
