Shipleys, the popular land based bingo company have closed down the existing online bingo website and are switching to Virtue Fusion.  Bingosupermarket have reported on a few operators in recent weeks that have left their existing software providers Parlay namely Paddy Power and Virgin Bingo. Shipleys are the latest company to have followed suit and now going on to the Virtue Fusion network.

Shipleys will now be a part of the Bingo Networks Alderney group that is a subsidiary company of the National Bingo Game.  The new deal will give Shipleys more autonomy on their online bingo operations and an official statement from Virtue Fusion is expected very soon and Bingosupermarket will release more information as it comes.

Shipleys will use their own web design team to front the site whilst Virtue Fusion will provide the software and a networked gaming platform for a temporary period whilst they consider going stand-a-lone.  Rumours have been mentioned that the site was in financial difficulty and they were winding down the online operation.  However, this is regarded as a positive move for this land based bingo company and they wish to market and invest more time and money in a bid to follow on from the success of land based operators on the BNA network including Bucky Bingo, Carlton Bingo and fruitbingo.
