Virgin Bingo have announced they intend to leave the software and bingo provider St Minver and switch to Virtue Fusion. Bingosupermarket recently reported that St Minver had dropped a few existing bingo operators in order to concentrate on their bigger brands. This decision could now backfire as bigger brands are now looking for a more diverse platform so they can run their own bespoke campaigns.
St Minver use Parlay software and offer a full networked package to emerging bingo brands and focus on using existing brands to get customers to join a linked network. Littlewoods, Chit Chat and Castle still remain with St Minver but how long this lasts remains to be seen. The problem with St Minver is that they offer an all or nothing deal to operators. St Minver control the networks, promotions, the chat moderation teams and buy their software from Parlay. Virtue Fusion on the other hand can offer the a full package as St Minver, but they can also adapt to offering bingo operators a bespoke package whereby you get a choice of using moderators on their existing networks or employing their own people to do chat moderation. Virtue Fusion design and implement their own software. They recently expanded their London operations in Covent Garden that now covers 3 floors. Recent partnerships with Virtue fusion and income access also allow Virtue Fusion to give the bingo operators an easier approch to partnerships with bingo affiliates. Virtue Fusion are rapidly expanding their presence in the online bingo field and high profile operators such as Gala Bingo are even returning to Virtue Fusion with the Minxy Bingo Brand. Recent speculation about having an online National Bingo Game puts Virtue Fusion at the forefront of making this possibility a reality. |
