St Minver the network behind the larger brands of Littlewoods, Virgin bingo and many more had to freeze bingo player accounts after it accidently allowed an £11,000 jackpot to go on a line claim. St Minver locked the creditted bingo accounts within the hour and contacted the customers involved. The money was taken back and returned to the jackpot. St Minver then gave the customers a £50 good will payment to those customers affected by the technical error. |
