Most UK land based bingo operators have successfully received their VAT reclaims stretching back six years with the industry receiving over £80 million in rebates. Operators have been warned however that the government are not going down without a fight and are clinging on to the hope that the European Court of Appeal will still overturn the decision made from the high court. |
