Next week sees the opening of the online bingo summit, which has now become an annual event. Operators and software providers of online bingo gather together to discuss the future of the online bingo industry.
Around 400 people are expected to attend the event which runs on the June 8th and June 9th at the Victoria Park Plaza in London. Bingosupermarket will be in attendance and will be reporting on events as they unfold.

During the event there will be an awards ceremony whereby the online operators simply vote for each other that is not to be taken too seriously. Based on recent years the host Phil Frazer who represents online bingo portal, Which Bingo, is expected to pick up Best Portal. Bingosupermarkets nomination is expected to be lost in the post and the best online bingo site is expected to be won by Foxy Bingo or another Cashcade site if the awards are to run to form. Best newcomer always throws up many surprises and quite often it is a long established bingo website.

On a serious note the event is a must attend and helps those in the industry build relationships with a variety of parties. A number of key individuals in the industry take the opportunity to discuss their views and concerns relating to online bingo. Later on this year a new event that not only targets online bingo operators but also land based bingo operators will be held in Harrogate. Bingosupermarket is very much in support of the event as hopefully it will bring together the two segments of the bingo market.
