When we set up Bingosupermarket we made numerous mistakes ourselves in choosing companies to build and host our website throwing away £1,000's in costs. It would seem we were not the only one. We were speaking to Fruit Bingo last week after they made changes to the their online support team. Roger Cooper, commented they too had switched to using the services of JCMS as we had in the back end of 2009: "We had previously been paying hundreds of pounds just for hosting and email accounts each year in addition to the maintenance of the site. Initially when JCMS told they us they could provide us the same services for a fraction of the cost I was somewhat concerned that the level of service may not be the same for our customers. JCMS assured us there would be no difference, the site would be run on two servers to ensure that it was always backed up and in addition they would customise the email and hosting to our needs at no extra cost, they didn't even charge us for the first 3 months as our existing contract had not yet expired. The savings we make each month through this and other efforts we give back to our customers in promotions" The transfer was complete within 3 hours without any problems. While bingo clubs have had to be careful in relation to costs for a while they have also have had to consider the uses in relation to communicating with their customers in new ways, having a website is essential, as well as email and social networks. Bingosupermarket has Facebook and Twitter Accounts ensuring that all our members are kept up to date is essential. Have an efficent and great technical service helps in achieving this. Online sites are also having to rethink how they spend their money. At the moment we are seeing new online bingo sites popping up on a near daily basis. With competition increasing and margins getting smaller bingo sites are having to offer their customers better value for money in order to retain them. Bingosupermarket switched to using JCMS last September having spent fortunes on design and SEO with Artavia. Jayne Wilson, spokesman at Bingosupermarket remembers: "we were getting huge bills and not seeing a lot of results, JCMS were able to do the work for fraction of the price, we were paying hundreds of pounds per month to rent the content managment system and hosting services, while JCMS provided us with a much more superior setup, they didn't charge us a rental price for the system and our hosting billl was cut by over 70 percent" Alan Gamban at Ritz Bingo commented: having switched to JCMS last year we were amzed at how good the service was, no problem was too small for them and we now able to use the internet more efficiently to communicate with our customers" A JCMS spokesman commented that there were a number of other 'parties' in the bingo industry they were currently doing work for. Where a company has limited knowledge on these things it would seem our competitors have taken advantage of this. We are glad that our customers are able to recommend our services and that they are able to provide their customers extra benefits from the savings they make. Our charges are open and fair. We charge for how long it takes to develope a site or feature not what we think we can get away with. We don't believe in charging companies to design and then rent out their content management system website - would you buy a car and then pay rent for it?" Bingosupermarket have negotiated a 15% discount for all bingo companies using JCMS. You contact JCMS by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
