As the Marketing Manager of Bingo you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of the Bingo vertical’s net contribution budget (Gross gaming revenue-bonus spend- marketing spend) – you will be accountable for the overall Bingo marketing spend budget (acquisition, retention and reactivation). You will report into the Bingo Director. You are expected to formulate the Bingo marketing strategy (acquisition, retention and reactivation) and see through its implementation. It is expected of you to ensure optimized ROI on marketing investment, optimal spend in line with marketing/brand strategy and the vertical’s commercial objective and to determine the level of investment by brand, channel and market. You will be a member of the Bingo management team and will be a key contributor to formulating and delivering its strategy and to meeting its commercial and budgeted objectives. Responsibilities • Formulating and overseeing delivery of annual Bingo marketing strategy and its tactical plans. • Ownership and management of marketing spend budget • Optimizing spend through ongoing control and optimization of ROI • Promotional planning: develop, plan and implement promotions and automated retention campaigns aimed at reduction of churn and increase of yield. • Ensure that promotions are consistent, attractive, cost effective, relevant and aligned with other areas of the business, at all times, including; Headline promotions, one off campaigns, bonus campaigns, outbound calling projects. • Analysing and optimising campaign performance including opt in rate and ROI optimization for each promotion and campaign • Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities • Managing and communicating the monthly promotional roadmap, ensuring consistency of communication and alignment to brand guidelines • Analysis & tracking - Analysis and reporting of campaign results. Monitoring and reporting performance. • Reactivation of lapsed and inactive players. • Overseeing Delivery of RMPs through marketing channels and markets as per annual budget • Regular performance review of all channels and markets and ongoing review of spend allocation to ensure maximum returns in light of EBITDA budget • Main contact for coordinating marketing strategy with central marketing (and markets) and ensuring leverage of knowledge and operational synergies • Defining and overseeing multi channel and multi markets marketing campaigns and launch plans • Management of the Bingo marketing team including resource planning and performance management • Ongoing contribution towards improving the website to RMP conversion funnel • Key contact in Bingo vertical to drive brand strategy and to align Bingo vertical accordingly • Inputting on signup offers, first deposit offers and acquisition promos for customers • Inputting into the product roadmap on development of USPs, features, functionality or game content which will enhance marketing efforts
